- Rob Lannon Review added: 2018.08.26★ ★ ★ ★ ★Team are friendly & very helpful. Place is clean throughout. Quite to train. Adult only with children allowed certain times only at the weekend. Great variety of equipment never to busy. Pool is amazing with spa facilities. Great food & drinks.

The key fob is a great incentive on the machines - like a personal trainer - pity it doesn't work on all the weight machines. I have tried other gyms but this one works well for me. Loses a star for private changing areas that are few and small, however the main changing rooms are lovely with hair dryers and straighteners. The spa is wonderful!
